General Job Description:
In collaboration with other department managers and under the supervision of the Director of Construction Operations, this position will be primarily responsible for the oversight of the operations, strategic planning and personnel management of the Sheetmetal Field, Area and Regional Superintendents across multiple states.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
LeadĀ andĀ overseeĀ allĀ ļ¬eldĀ leadershipĀ toĀ ensureĀ standardsĀ andĀ productivityĀ areĀ metĀ inĀ an eļ¬ort to achieve companyĀ goals
- Operations

Proper team selection for all regional construction operations,Ā including assignment of GeneralĀ Foreperson
- Project execution strategies andĀ scheduling
- Resolution of issues, challenges andĀ obstacles
- Understanding and execution of QA/QCĀ protocols
- Implementation of Safety DepartmentāsĀ protocols
Conduct regular department meetings (i.e.: Superintendent, GeneralĀ Foreperson and ForepersonĀ meetings)
- Prepare for and attend pre-bid & post-bidĀ interviews
Ensure departmentās participation in project kick-oļ¬, mid-job andĀ wrap-up meetings
- Review and track project laborĀ budgets
ProvideĀ inputĀ toĀ toolroomĀ managerĀ onĀ standardĀ toolsĀ requiredĀ forĀ tradeĀ speciļ¬c use and promote responsible use and return of company issued tools and equipment
Engage with employer groups and labor relations representatives to create and foster meaningful, long-term relationships that support company goalsĀ including defending and resolving laborĀ disputes
Understand and ensure compliance with applicable union CollectiveĀ Bargaining Agreements
- Assist Director in department budget and ļ¬nancialĀ planning
- Knowledge of current building and mechanicalĀ code
- Submittal standards library and submittal creationĀ process
