Main responsibilities:
The Sr. Manager, Real Estate Operations and Analytics will lead a team specializing in decision support for Core Retail and Real Estate functional areas. The team will support senior leadership of Core Retail and Real Estate with business strategy development, financial planning & analysis, data insights, decision making support and other ad hoc reporting. This role, and the team they lead, acts as the key Real Estate Operations and Analytics liaison between the functional areas they support as well as other areas, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Capital Planning and analytics teams supporting Core Retail, Customer, Ecommerce, and Supply Chain. The role, working closely with the VP, Real Estate Operations, Finance and Analytics, and will drive the analytics roadmap for measuring our Core Retail and Real Estate performance, delving into root cause analysis, using predictive analytics, data visualization tools, and leveraging the full capabilities of our data, and financial and real estate applications. Â The Sr. Manager coaches their team for career and personal development as well as well as provide all administrative functions related to personnel.
The position will be based in Boise, Idaho.
- Manage our company’s Real Estate Operations and Analytics team to support the development and execution of the company’s real estate strategy, prioritizing growth, through data driven analytics and insights presented in hyper focused interactive engagements with our Core Retail and Real Estate leadership team.
- Manages end to end our Store Portfolio Optimization and Remodel Planning and Prioritization programs
- Interpreting results and developing recommendations from the data analysis to build relevant stories and insights for supported functional areas’ leadership through written material and oral presentations.
- Implement new analytical approaches and methodologies to business requests that provide fresh insight in the interpretation of results
- Identifying opportunities for standardization & automation of existing solutions and processes to enable maximum potential from our teams.
- Continually evaluate existing data and analytics framework to find potential opportunities to pivot and make recommendations to enhance the framework to account for changes in our company’s enterprise data model and the company’s strategic priorities.
- Ensures the Real Estate Data Model is accurate and governed according to company policies and controls.
- Provide direct support for managing the capital planning, forecasting, tracking and investment performance analysis for both Real Estate and Core Retail. Provide performance updates to leadership on a quarterly basis and as requested.
- Manage the company’s Real Estate Investment Committee and supporting processes and ensuring meeting deliverables are on time, accurate, and facilitate efficient decision making.
- Evaluate real estate P&L projections and tracking, understand short comings and provides recommendations to forecasting projections and supports annual planning
- Oversee maintenance and reporting of real estate related control listings and status. Identify control gaps, partnering with Real Estate Leadership and team leads to remediate findings.
- Drive meetings and lead discussions. Prioritize projects across the team and allocate resources to meet business and team goals.
- Ensures teams’ delivery of their annual goals and objectives.  Coach and mentor associates for current position development and future career advancement.Â

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

- Self-starter with a great work ethic and an analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skills, possessing the initiative to create presentations and analysis from scratch to answer questions posed and investigate the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers
- Detail-oriented and organized with prior experience having gathered, structured, monitored, and validated data to ensure data integrity and detailed documentation; has developed a habit of checking the accuracy of data and analysis several times over before submitting for review
- Excellent financial forecasting, analysis, and modeling skills.
- Excellent multi-tasker who is always “on it” with stellar time and project management skills; understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines that include multiple review points and iterations
- Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email, chats and phone communications
- Proven experience in managing a team including the ability to provide direction, understand resource constraints and capabilities and successfully drive results working with direct reports, and/or internal or external resources. Â
- Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SQL, PowerBI (or other comparable visualization tools), Alteryx (or other comparable ETL/Analytics tools) and database systems. Â
- Demonstrates and leads adoption of AI tools and agents (e.g., Copilot, Claude, automated workflows) to increase team productivity, standardize analytics delivery, and accelerate insight generation across real estate operations and analytics.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R), with the ability to leverage AI tools to develop, troubleshoot, and debug scripts
- Knowledge of retail real estate markets and transaction processes.
- Knowledge of retail real estate economics, financial valuation theory, and discounted cash flow modeling.
- Demonstrates the highest levels of ethics and policy compliance at all levels.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
- Education Level: Â
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, General Business, or related field. MBA or other related graduate degree preferred Â
- Experience Level: Â
- 7 plus years of related experience in analytics, finance or related field.
- 2 plus years people management experience Â
- Travel Requirements: less than 25% of timeÂ
