Job Description:

Part-time Operations administrator for our Boise, Idaho office. This position requires strong interpersonal skills. Experience with construction or administrative assisting is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, aptitude to working in a fast-paced environment, and good judgment are essential. Candidates must demonstrate great communication skills and the ability to work with others. As a hard-working team, we are eager to reach high goals, all while staying focused on helping execute our long-term vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily updates on timecards and schedules
  • Assisting assigned projects and jobs with billing and some reconciliation
  • Input all job or project information, employees, and equipment into our scheduling software
  • Communicating with project leads and office leadership to support end to end office support for jobs at a specific site or various locations.
  • Schedule orientations, training, and badging for operators
  • Reconciling credit cards & fuel cards monthly
  • Review weekly driver score cards and coordinate any necessary improvements needed with operation leadership
  • Review job documentation for discrepancies and completeness of documents
  • Support office incoming calls as needed
  • Other duties as determined

Qualifications:

  • Must pass Drug Screen (Required)
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • Background Check (Required)
  • Construction Admin experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to walk long distances (2-3 miles) at job site on a regular basis (3-4 times per week)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
  • Must possess great organizational skills
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced high pressure work environment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, with the ability to learn other accounting and information systems
