Meadow Gold Dairy in Boise, ID is hiring a Cooler/Warehouse Vacation Relief Operator. This position will perform job duties within the cooler/warehouse environment to provide relief across all shifts for planned vacations and unexpected absences, to ensure the receiving, storing and distribution of product efficiently and accurately.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of trailers
Monitor product, materials, and equipment to ensure items are readily available
Rotate stock according to code dates to ensure first-in, first-out rotation (FIFO)
Complete any task assigned due to vacancy within the department by the on-shift supervisor
Record movement of stock in and out of work area

Pay is $27.38/hour 40 hours a week Days off/shifts will vary depending on planned vacation, absences or business needs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Production or general work experienced preferred
Certification and/or License – forklift certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
Able to effectively work in a team environment
Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Ability to have a flexible schedule
