What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of aggregate plant and mobile equipment
  • Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to support safe and reliable operations
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in technical training and development opportunities

  • Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in equipment maintenance and repair
  • Ability to learn troubleshooting and maintenance techniques in a hands-on environment
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
