Business Development Representative – Light Industrial Staffing

About the Opportunity
Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to grow our Light Industrial staffing business throughout the Bolingbrook and greater Chicagoland market.
This is a true “road warrior” role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships face-to-face, and knows how to open doors in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehouse, and food production environments.

What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, distribution, and food production companies
- Conduct high-volume prospecting through cold calling, onsite visits, networking, referrals, and territory development
- Build and maintain relationships with Operations Managers, HR, Plant Managers, and Procurement leaders
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, facility tours, and presentations
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate staffing agreements, rates, and service expectations
- Manage sales activity, pipeline, and customer communication within CRM/Bullhorn
- Identify opportunities for onsite programs, MSP/VMS partnerships, and national account expansion
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings throughout the region
- Travel daily throughout Bolingbrook and surrounding markets to generate new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience in staffing, recruiting, logistics, or industrial services
- Strong understanding of Light Industrial staffing environments including warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and production operations
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting clients and prospecting
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience using CRM or ATS systems such as Bullhorn is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory daily
