Early Childhood Teaching Opportunity | Illinois

Are you passionate about helping young children build the skills and confidence they need for their first years of school? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking two Early Childhood Teachers to join an Illinois elementary school for the 2026–2027 academic year.

These full-time positions will support preschool learners in a blended classroom environment where instruction is designed to address a variety of developmental and learning needs. Teachers will introduce engaging, age-appropriate activities while establishing a welcoming classroom culture that encourages curiosity, participation, communication, and independence.

Educators will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, facilitate hands-on learning experiences, and support students' early academic and social development. Collaboration with school staff will be an important part of the role as teachers work together to create consistent and supportive learning experiences for young students.

Two openings are available for the full 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, elementary school-based opportunity centered on preschool education, inclusive classroom practices, and developmentally appropriate instruction.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an Early Childhood endorsement. The LBS1 endorsement is welcomed but not required. Candidates should also demonstrate strong classroom communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
