Responsibilities and Duties:Â
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipmentsÂ
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficientlyÂ
- Match purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery documentsÂ
- Pull, stage, and prepare materials for jobsite deliveryÂ
- Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locationsÂ
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems or scanning toolsÂ
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control proceduresÂ
- Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and storage of materialsÂ
- Prepare and assemble job orders for shipment or deliveryÂ
- Deliver and pick up materials from job sites and supply houses as neededÂ
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (as trained/certified)Â
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentÂ
- Follow all safety policies and company proceduresÂ

Qualifications:Â
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesÂ
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentationÂ
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitudeÂ
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when neededÂ
- Willingness to learn warehouse systems, processes, and proceduresÂ
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required throughout the dayÂ
- Basic understanding of construction materials or warehouse operations (preferred)Â
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified (preferred)Â
- Valid commercial driver’s license for material deliveries and pickupsÂ
Â
Physical and Environmental Requirements:Â
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyÂ
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workdayÂ
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipmentÂ
- Comfortable working in indoor warehouse and occasional outdoor environmentsÂ
- Preferably two years’ warehouse experience (plus if in the electrical industry)Â
