Headwall Photonics is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing and technology environment and are passionate about accuracy, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end close.
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, payroll accounting, and audit preparation.
• Support tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Partner with teams across the organization to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems (Exact MAX) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
