Client Services Representative

Bolton Veterinary Hospital is a fast-paced, general and emergency practice with over 20 veterinarians on staff and a support team of over 100! We are proudly privately owned, and have been in operation since 1953.

We are currently looking for dedicated and hardworking client service professionals. Our ideal candidate will have a background in veterinary medicine and working in a high-volume call environment.

This position consists of phone shifts, working at the discharge and reception desks, and with reception at our Corner Clinic.

About this job:

• This is a full time position and will include a weekend day. As we are a 24/7 hospital, working two holidays a year is required for this role (with holiday pay & holiday rates!)
• $19-$28/hour depending on years of experience, technical skills and abilities, licensure/certification status
• 5 days, 7-8 hour shifts
• Shift times:12 PM - 8 PM

1 PM - 9 PM
2 PM - 10 PM

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• At least one year of experience in veterinary medicine
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Weekend day required
