Job DetailsJob Location: Bonita - Bonita Springs, FL 34135Position Type: Full TimeThe Sports Challenge America Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that SCA’s MVP team members and guests feel a sense of fun, value, and importance. The Assistant Manager will shine in creating a celebratory atmosphere where guests can become Sports Legends. The Assistant Manager shall support the Operations Manager and their effort to maintain a high-level of attention to the property’s daily sales and finances, cleanliness, safety, and the overall smooth function of all SCA areas, while adhering to Sport Challenge Americas policies and procedures standards. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: •Ensure optimum delivery of SCA services, balancing a pragmatic approach with the need to consistently deliver services to a standard of steady fun, excitement, and excellence •Fully support the VP & Manager in motivating & coordinating SCA MVP team members making sure to create a culture that MVP’s & our valued guests want to return to daily •Continually teach and grow MVP team members knowledge, creating in-house opportunities and best guest service practices where guests’ needs are anticipated •Operate in a manner in accordance with SCA policy and procedure and compliance •Record any irregular activity through accurate, detailed reports •Assist the Operations Manager with events, event planning, sales, and group sales as required. •Operate all SCA equipment as assigned and sell the Sports Challenge America offering to guests and collect payments •Liaise with Compliance, Safety and Security management to maintain proper compliance, security and safety measures as directed by the Operations Manager •Liaise with Bonita Springs Poker Room and F&B businesses making sure all businesses support best guest service offerings and practices as directed by the Operations Manager •Monitor property and equipment to assure all operates in excellent condition •Prepare Daily Activity and Sales Reports, Incidents Reports and Special Reports •Communicate with management and other teams to continually strive to improve performance •Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and conduct while exceeding expectations •Promote a safe and secure work environment •Perform other duties as assigned •Ability to lift to 50lbs, stand and sit for periods of time, use computers daily •Must be flexible and works various hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays)Qualifications
