McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency providing compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes. We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Client Liaison to support client intake, inquiry follow-up, sales and marketing support, client satisfaction, and communication between departments.

Schedule
Full-time position
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
After-hours or on-call support as needed
Local travel may be required for events and referral support

Position Overview
The Client Liaison serves as a key point of contact for prospective clients, current clients, families, referral sources, and community partners. This position helps support a smooth client experience by coordinating communication between sales, marketing, clinical, scheduling, and office teams.

The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating with older adults, families, healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and complete inquiry calls professionally.
Schedule Meet and Greet and Client Sign-Up appointments for Sales Representatives.
Confirm appointment details with clients, families, referral sources, and assigned sales representatives.
Track open inquiries and ensure timely follow-up, documentation, and handoff.
Enter inquiries, referral details, contacts, notes, appointments, and status updates into WellSky accurately and timely.
Review records for missing information, duplicates, or incomplete documentation.
Process new client sign-up paperwork, including reviewing, scanning, uploading, filing, and routing documents.
Support new client activation and internal notification emails as assigned.
Monitor client onboarding and communicate missing documents, unresolved items, or delays.
Complete prospect follow-up for inquiries and Meet and Greets that do not immediately convert to service.
Complete client satisfaction calls, document feedback, and escalate concerns as needed.
Maintain sales and marketing materials, folders, flyers, branded items, event supplies, and collateral.
Assist with event preparation, guest engagement, material distribution, lead collection, and post-event follow-up.
Support community outreach, networking events, health fairs, and senior-focused outreach opportunities.
Assist with sales calendars, contact lists, trackers, templates, and weekly reporting.
Support a positive, professional image of McKenney Home Care in all interactions.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in administrative support, client relations, intake, customer service, healthcare, home care, sales support, or marketing preferred.
Private-duty home care or healthcare experience is a plus.
Experience using WellSky or a comparable CRM, scheduling, or client-management platform preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, shared calendars, email, scanning, and electronic file management.
Eligible Level 2 AHCA background screening, or willingness to complete. https://info.flclearinghouse.com
Hands-on CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally as needed within Lee and Collier County.
Strong organization, follow-through, time management, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Professional telephone etiquette and ability to communicate sensitively with older adults, families, referral sources, and professionals.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, dependable, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
