Benecard Companies is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our Compliance team across pharmacy benefit management (PBM), pharmacy services, and vision benefit management (VBM) operations.

This role is responsible for coordinating compliance-related activities, maintaining regulatory monitoring databases through various software programs, supporting regulatory audit and reporting efforts, disseminating regulatory updates to operational teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong administrator who excels at organization, communication, project coordination, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, financial services, insurance, or similar environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Program Coordination

  • Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, logs, and documentation repositories
  • Coordinate compliance-related activities, projects, and recurring reporting requirements
  • Assist with maintaining policies, procedures, and related documentation
  • Ensure compliance records are accurate, organized, and readily accessible
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple compliance initiatives

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Schedule and coordinate compliance meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, and meeting minutes
  • Monitor team in boxes and assist with routing and tracking compliance-related requests
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution
  • Support onboarding activities and compliance-related projects as needed
  • Maintain department procedures, tracking tools, and reporting templates

Compliance Documentation Management

  • Update and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Compile information and prepare routine compliance reports for leadership
  • Track key activities, deadlines, and status updates
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of departmental records and data 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Legal, Operations, IT, HR, Sales, and Client Services to support compliance-related requests and initiatives
  • Assist with communication and follow-up between departments
  • Coordinate information gathering and documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives

Regulatory Reporting Support

  • Assist with internal and external regulatory reporting by gathering and organizing requested documentation
  • Maintain reporting files, evidence repositories, and supporting records
  • Track reporting timelines


Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, project support, operations, or compliance support role
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as healthcare, legal, financial services, insurance, banking, or a related industry
  • Experience coordinating projects, documentation, reporting, or audit support activities preferred
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
