A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPORTS PRO SHOP ASSOCIATE:

As a Front Desk agent in the Sports Pro Shop, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service and support to members of Bonita Bay Club. You will most likely be the first person that our members and guests see when they walk in, so it is your chance to leave a great and long-lasting first impression of our facility. You will take part in retail activities of the tennis and pickleball pro shop, including inventory management, merchandising, sales, and promotions. You will assist in event coordination, including weekly recurring men's, women's, and mixed events. You will assist with on-court member play when required and maintain the tennis court reservation system and related records. Providing specific tennis product knowledge, you will assist members and their guests in the Sports Pro Shop.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available on weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be in compliance with a Drug-Free Workplace
• Flexibility with schedule
• Moderate computer skills
• Understanding of Tennis, Croquet, or Pickleball is helpful.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
