What You’ll Do:
- Serve with excellence. Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and a helpful attitude in every interaction.Â
- Support everyday banking needs. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other client transactions accurately and efficiently.Â
- Build trusted relationships. Listen carefully, answer basic account questions, and help clients feel confident and cared for.Â
- Connect clients with solutions. Identify when a client may need additional support and make appropriate referrals to the right team member.Â
- Protect and perfect. Follow all cash handling, balancing, security, fraud prevention, confidentiality, and compliance procedures.Â
- Grow your knowledge. Complete training and continue building your understanding of banking products, services, systems, and client service expectations.Â
- Contribute to the team. Help maintain a clean, organized, professional branch environment and support a culture of teamwork and accountability.Â

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.Â
- Prior banking or cash handling experience preferred, but not required.Â
- Retail, restaurant, office, or client service experience is helpful.Â
- Exceptional client service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Â
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Â
- Ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, and learn banking systems.Â
- A professional, dependable, and positive attitude.Â
- A drive to learn, grow, and help others succeed.Â
