JOB SUMMARY:
As a National Project Coordinator, you will play a vital support role to our National Project Managers, helping ensure crane rental projects run smoothly from the office and on the ground. This hybrid position bridges administrative organization with hands-on jobsite coordination, making you a key part of keeping equipment, schedules, and clients aligned across multiple active projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Support National Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination of crane rental projects across multiple jobsites
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking equipment availability, delivery timelines, and demobilization dates
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation including contracts, inspection logs, field reports, permits, and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, site superintendents, and subcontractors to relay updates, confirm scheduling details, and follow up on outstanding items on behalf of the National Project Manager
- Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely equipment deployment and retrieval
- Track and process rental agreements, change orders, and billing documentation; flag discrepancies to the appropriate team members
- Accompany National Project Managers on jobsite visits as needed to assist with inspections, documentation, and client interactions
- Monitor project status across multiple accounts and proactively flag scheduling conflicts, equipment gaps, or client concerns
- Maintain organized digital and physical project files to ensure accurate recordkeeping and easy retrieval of information
- Assist in preparing client-facing reports, project summaries, and internal status updates
- Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, equipment rental, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Solid written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients and jobsite personnel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling or management software
- Ability to read and interpret basic project schedules and rental agreements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel to jobsites regularly
- Familiarity with crane, heavy equipment, or construction industries a plus
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon
- Ability to work outside of the office and travel as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk, completing project documentation, and attending virtual or in-person meetings
- Frequent travel to and from jobsites, requiring prolonged periods of driving
- Ability to walk, stand, climb, and navigate uneven terrain, elevated surfaces, and active work zones for extended periods during site visits
- Occasionally required to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, and wet environments
