Civil Foreman

Reveal Excavation is seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in the Missoula area. We are a growing excavation contractor performing a wide variety of work, including road construction, underground utility installation, commercial site development, foundation excavation, grading, and building pad preparation.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and are committed to delivering high-quality results for our clients. This is a full-time hourly position that includes accrued Paid Time Off (PTO).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise field crews on assigned projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret civil plans and specifications.
• Monitor project quality, schedule and productivity.
  
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Utilize GPS machine control and grade control systems.
• Communicate with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and subcontrators.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
• Complete daily reports and employee timecards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years heavy civil construction experience.
• Previous experience leading excavation crews.
• Proficient in reading construction plans and grades.
• Experience with GPS machine control systems.
• Strong Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
