- Lead the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring the office runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional patient experience.
- Partner with the dentist and clinical team to support practice goals, patient care and overall practice growth.
- Lead, coach and develop the office team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and engagement.
- Oversee patient scheduling and help ensure the practice is operating at its full potential.
- Monitor practice performance, including production, collections and accounts receivable, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage office expenses, supplies and operational resources.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training and retention of team members.
- Help create a welcoming environment for patients and ensure concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.
- Ensure the practice follows company policies, regulatory requirements and applicable dental compliance standards.
- Monitor equipment and facility needs and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
- Recognize opportunities to improve the patient and team experience and turn ideas into action.

Responsibilities
- 1+ year of experience managing or leading a dental office preferred.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and the day-to-day operations of a dental practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient-first mindset and commitment to creating an exceptional experience.
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with practice performance, scheduling and financial metrics.

$79,000 - $81,000 per year
