We're looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our Boone Division. In this role, you'll work alongside our Superintendents and Project Managers to support the daily operations of custom residential construction projects. You'll help coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality and safety, ensure schedules stay on track, and assist in delivering the exceptional homes Andrew Roby is known for. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners. Help maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time. Monitor construction quality to ensure work meets Andrew Roby's standards. Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and organized jobsite. Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, including daily logs and progress updates. Support material deliveries and ensure the proper storage and protection of materials. Represent Andrew Roby professionally while building positive relationships with clients, trade partners, and teammates. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in residential construction or a related field preferred. Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
