Responsibilities
路 Review menus prior to preparation of food
路 Cook foodstuffs in quantities according to planned menu, and number of persons to be served
路 Direct activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals
路 Direct and assist in cleaning work areas, equipment, and floors
路 Sanitation of dishes and utensils
路 Distribute menus
路 Check trays for accuracy to diet cards
路 Ensure proper storage of foods and supplies
路 Review diet changes and ensure menus are maintained in accordance with established procedures
路 Ensure food and supplies are available for the next meals
路 Assist in inventorying and storing incoming foods and supplies
Requirements
Requirements
Education and/or Experience路 High-school diploma or equivalency required路
One year certificate from college or technical school路
3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities路
Excellent written and verbal communication skills路
Customer service focused路
Ability to multi-task路
Intermediate computer skills
