What You'll Do: Optimize shop flow by delegating tasks based on urgency (e.g., "waiting sold" vs. service) and providing hands-on support during peak periods to minimize downtime. Oversee rental vehicles and "rental row" presentation to ensure all vehicles are uniformed, inspected, and ready for immediate use. Perform inspections on all completed work to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores. Manage the intake, damage inspection, and preparation of new inventory while ensuring used lot cars are processed and retail-ready within established timelines. Direct the detailing and upkeep of showroom vehicles and "transition rows," training staff to maintain high visual standards across all buildings. Monitor supply levels and collaborate with multiple vendors to procure necessary materials cost-effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for sales and service managers, providing "manpower" and support for special requests across the company. What We're Looking For: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
