How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Lead life-saving interventions by providing advanced life support and critical care to stabilize patients during high-pressure transport environments.

  • Collaborate with medical experts and physicians to execute rapid-response treatment plans, ensuring seamless care transitions from the field to the facility.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Paramedic credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Drivers License credentialed from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles preferred.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Prior Indiana Paramedic experience strongly preferred
