How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead daily pharmacy operations to empower your team, streamline workflow, and deliver safe, exceptional care for every patient.
- Serve as the primary liaison between pharmacy operations, physicians, and clinical departments to drive seamless interdisciplinary communication and exceptional patient outcomes.
Maintain rigorous compliance and safety standards across all workflows, ensuring every practice aligns with hospital policy as well as state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Participate in talent selection and team development to recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing healthcare professionals who share our commitment to patient care.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience required.
