Veterinary Technician
  Location: Boothwyn, PA
  Schedule: Full-Time | Some evening until 8pm and Saturday rotation from 9am-4pm

Conchester Animal Hospital has proudly served the Boothwyn and Marcus Hook communities since 1960, when it was founded by University of Pennsylvania veterinary classmates Dr. Mead Shaffer and Dr. Donald Skinner and named after the nearby Conchester Highway. We are a well-established, community-focused practice committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care while staying current with the latest advances in veterinary medicine. Our team places a strong emphasis on client education, preventative care, and treating every pet with kindness and respect. We are currently seeking a skilled veterinary technician to join our collaborative and supportive team and help continue our long-standing tradition of excellent patient care.

What you bring to the table:

• An experienced  Veterinary Technician  with 1-2 years in practice.
• You have confidence in blood draws, IV placement, anesthesia monitoring and surgical support .
• A dependable and adaptable team player who brings energy and positivity to work.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in patient care, surgical procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and diagnostics
• Support our DVMs during appointments, exams, treatments, and procedures
• Perform hands-on tasks including drawing blood, catheter placement, and injections,  take radiographs and performs EKGs.
• Communicate clearly with clients on treatment plans, patient updates, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with all team members to promote hospital efficiency and workflow
