All crew members must understand and demonstrate good people skills in dealing with Guest. The Service Excellence Promise must be delivered to each and every Guest. All Crew Members must have positive working relationships among the entire restaurant team.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting and thanking Guests, knowing proper serving and bagging procedures, maintaining the cleanliness around all areas, re-stocking and cleaning the immediate area during service breaks and comply with all company policies and procedures “Delight Every Customer”.
Be 16 years of age or older
Able to work days, evenings, midnights, weekends and holidays
Able to multi-task
Able to accept direction
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time up to 8 hours
