Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver telehealth therapy to clients throughout Wyoming. The LPC in this role will provide professional mental health support, guide clients through treatment goals, and help them work through challenges affecting their daily lives. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule and the opportunity to provide care from a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled counseling sessions through telehealth
  • Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s goals
  • Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns
  • Document sessions accurately and meet clinical record requirements
  • Maintain professional boundaries and uphold counseling ethics
  • Communicate with support staff regarding scheduling or client care needs as appropriate
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Wyoming
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Experience providing therapy or counseling services
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
  • 2 weeks PTO
