Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is seeking a Nurse Manager to join our partner's full-time leadership team at a Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Nurse Manager:
  • Supervise the delivery of nursing care and services during assigned shifts to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Oversee staffing and assignments, ensuring appropriate clinical personnel are present and supported.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and resources for nursing staff.
  • Monitor and promote quality care initiatives, compliance, and patient safety procedures.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor to clinical staff, celebrating progress and patient milestones.

Key Requirements for the Nurse Manager:
  • Active RN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact license).
  • BLS certification (ACLS required within one year).
  • CRRN certification required within one year of eligibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred (BSN).
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting within the past 5 years.
  • Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or similar role with responsibilities for supervision, performance, and team development.

Compensation and Schedule for the Nurse Manager:
  • Annual salary range: $100,000 – $125,000, depending on experience and credentials
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus
  • Full-time, day shift schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:8 AM & 1:9 PM
  • Facility size: 87 beds
