About the Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join the team in Bossier City, LA. This role offers a balance of clinical care and retail-focused responsibilities, ideal for a provider who enjoys building patient relationships while contributing to the overall success of the practice.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive audiological evaluations
  • Patient counseling & expectation management
  • Hearing aid fittings, programming, and follow-up care
  • Pediatric diagnostics (ages 5+)
  • Military testing
  • Tinnitus counseling and custom earplug fittings

Additional Details:  
  • No ABRs or VNGs required
  • Patient base is a mix of private pay and third-party
  • Access to leading hearing aid technology (including major manufacturers)
  • Half-day Fridays!

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary + commission
  • 2 Weeks PTO
  • Paid Holidays
  • Potential support for license renewal & CEUs
