Summary:
The Electronic Services Representative is responsible for supporting and maintaining the credit union's electronic banking services while delivering exceptional service to members through a variety of digital communication channels. This position provides technical assistance and member support for electronic products and services, including Remote Deposit Capture, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Money Management, Global Access, online account opening, live chat, and virtual chat. The Electronic Services Representative communicates with members primarily through email and electronic channels, troubleshooting issues, resolving service requests, and promoting a positive digital banking experience.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Ability to follow detailed, established procedures.
- Accurate and attentive to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Windows-based software programs including Word and Excel spreadsheets.
