Client Billing Specialist (Legal)

We are seeking an experienced Client Billing Specialist to join a well-established legal billing team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process client invoices in a high-volume legal billing environment
Support billing for assigned attorneys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing guidelines
Collaborate closely with billing, collections, and accounting teams
Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to internal and external inquiries
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
