We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees on various IT related issues such as hardware, software, and network problems

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

- Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure smooth operations

- Troubleshoot and resolve network and server related issues

- Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory

- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology and improve existing systems

- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security and disaster recovery procedures are in place

- Train employees on how to use various software and systems effectively

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements

- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software programs

- Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
