The Mid Market Account Executive will manage a territory of around 100 accounts, focusing on existing Postman users. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, building strategic plans, creating and managing outbound sales opportunities, executing land and expand sales strategies, educating customers on Postman’s value, navigating key decision makers, leveraging data for insights, providing recommendations, collaborating with internal teams, and providing accurate forecasts. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in hunting and closing new logos, experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, selling developer or technical products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to develop senior relationships, and managing multiple opportunities. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 OTE plus equity.
