Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance and general upkeep of our facilities and operational spaces in Boston.

In this role, you will help ensure that our workplace remains safe, organized, functional, and ready to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable solving practical problems, and able to manage multiple maintenance priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and general maintenance throughout the facility.
• Identify maintenance needs and address minor repairs in a timely manner.
• Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general facility-related tasks when appropriate.
• Maintain tools, equipment, workspaces, and maintenance areas in good condition.
• Respond to maintenance requests and help resolve operational issues.
• Support preventative maintenance activities and scheduled facility checks.
• Assist with the setup, movement, and organization of equipment and materials.
• Follow established workplace safety procedures and company standards.
• Keep accurate records of completed maintenance tasks when required.
• Coordinate with team members to minimize disruptions to daily operations.
• Report larger repair or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Additional Information

• Competitive Salary: $31,000 – $35,000 per year.
