We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and improve the overall performance of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a passion for using data to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide data-driven solutions to business challenges

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data audits and quality checks

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Assist with ad-hoc data analysis projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or related industry

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
