The People & Culture Partner (C&P) role provides the strategic arm to Business Unit Leadership in meeting their Global HR requirements. The C&P liaises with business leaders & managers to execute HR initiatives relevant to business & recommend HR solutions aligned to business objectives. Responsibilities include maximizing workforce capability, providing change leadership, managing end to end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations, and proactively engaging in process improvements. The role collaborates with other HR vertical leaders & Centers of Excellence to identify, influence and deliver sustainable changes. It drives project management for People initiatives including management training & development, succession planning, policy review & implementation. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business leaders to the C&P vision and designs and delivers People practices that support business objectives. The role works closely with the Global Head of People & Culture and Founding Partners to develop policies, processes and change to enable business growth and maturity. It involves proactive liaison & consultation with business stakeholders to understand dynamic business needs and implement innovative solutions. The HRBP works with cross functional Centers of Excellence to facilitate business needs including Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staffing, Succession Planning, Organization Structure & Skills Assessments. The role delivers improvements based on feedback from ESAT, Climate survey, Attrition data, Audits & others. Basic qualifications include at least 8 years' experience in HR with 4+ years as an HRBP in a high growth global environment, solid experience in all HR functions, preferably in a Services tech company (Consulting, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, or GenAI), practical knowledge of HR disciplines such as Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Development, DE&I, Workforce Planning for Sales and Technical teams, Bachelor's degree with relevant HR and/or Business domain experience (Master’s highly desirable), strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws in the US and Canada, relevant HR qualification, proven record of partnering with global Business Unit leaders, thought leadership, and ability to develop and execute HR initiatives. The role is hybrid based in Boston Metro, MA or Toronto, Ontario. Other qualifications include being a trusted advisor at executive level, experience across geographies including Asia or Europe, cultural ambassador, excellent communicator, strong team leader, critical thinker, analytical, and experience with Google Workspace and Workday HCM / FIN & ATS systems is a plus.
