Job Title:Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 9-5聽
The Administrative Assistant for Block by Block performs a mixture of duties. This includes, but may not be limited to, administrative support for multiple individuals, payroll, supply management, recruiting and smart phone set up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
路 Manage coding invoices
路 Assistance in data entry and spreadsheet maintenance for the balancing of billing and payroll reports
路 Updating various reports and spreadsheets
路 Maintain training manual with current processes
路 Send out training reminder notices and update accesses for newly hired managers
路 Track employees' statuses & suppling monthly inactive reports
路 SharePoint document updates
路 Other HPS administrative duties as assigned
路 Knowledge and Skill

Qualifications
Requirements:
Preferred but not required: Associate Degree in related field such as Business Administration
路 A minimum of (3) years' experience of administrative related functions
路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
路 Proficient Excel skills
路 Bookkeeping and Accounting experience a must
路 Analytical & multitasking capabilities
路 Flexibility to duties and responsibilities
路 Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in relation to essential job functions
路 Ability to interact professionally with all levels
路 Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
路 Self-starter with excellent dependability and integrity
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
路 Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, hand and power tools, and to handle other computer components.
路 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
路 The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Experience:
Accounting and book keeping: 1 year (Required)
Data Entry: 2 years (Required)
MS Word, Outlook, EXCEL: 2 years (Required)
Ergonomic Workspace:聽Yes
Administrative Duties:
路 Reception and phone
路 Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
Technical Duties:
路 Setting up smart phones and shipping to the field
