This position is 100% remote, with the understanding that occasional in-person attendance may be required for trainings, meetings, and team gatherings, as determined by your manager.


We are looking for an AI Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to help build, deploy, and scale data and machine learning solutions. This role combines data engineering foundations with applied AI/ML implementation, supporting the development of intelligent, data-driven products.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to develop scalable data pipelines, enable machine learning workflows, and contribute to AI-powered solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of both data and AI systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models and AI systems in production.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists and Engineers to operationalize models and integrate them into data pipelines and agentic applications.
  • Support model performance monitoring, retraining workflows, and continuous improvement.
  • Help implement data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines for ML use cases.
  • Contribute to experimentation and testing of AI models to improve accuracy and performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines for analytics and machine learning workloads.
  • Ensure data reliability, quality, and performance across data systems.
  • Implement and maintain data ingestion pipelines from various internal and external sources.
  • Build and improve internal tools that support data operations and data quality.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to improving platform efficiency and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in data and ML engineering.
  • Document data pipelines, ML workflows, and system architecture.
  • Contribute to evolving data and AI engineering best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and trends in AI, ML, and data engineering.


Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or AI-related roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java and SQL.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
  • Familiarity with machine learning workflows, including data preparation, training, and deployment.
  • Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or similar distributed data platforms.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data quality practices.
  • Familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CICD development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience deploying ML models using MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).
  • Exposure to LLMs, NLP, or generative AI use cases.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Databricks cost monitoring and optimization.
  • Experience building AI-powered features or data-driven products.
  • Understanding of real-time or streaming data pipelines.
