The Role

The Senior Analyst, Equity Production Support is a key member of the Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) Order Room Production Support team. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability and effectiveness of Fidelity's electronic trading platforms while supporting institutional, retail, and internal clients.

You will partner with business and technology teams, external market participants, and fellow associates to solve complex problems, improve client experiences, and contribute to the evolution of Fidelity's trading capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in equity market structure, electronic trading, operational risk management, and client engagement within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Support electronic trading products that facilitate retail, institutional, and Fidelity Investments order flow.
  • Partner with clients, technology teams, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Help manage order routing and recovery processes during trading or system events.
  • Build relationships with external execution venues and internal business partners.
  • Analyze operational and trading-related issues to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to product enhancements and process improvement initiatives that strengthen platform performance and client experience.
  • Support a strong risk and control environment while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate across teams to continuously improve how we work and serve our clients.

  • Familiarity with FIX Protocol or electronic order routing.

  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain them with company support after joining.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-115,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
