A restoration services company known for its rapid response and professional integrity, is seeking a Field Project Manager / Restoration Supervisor/superintendent to join their team in the field across multiple job sites. This role is a hybrid of hands-on site leadership and project coordination, perfect for someone who knows restoration from the inside out and thrives in high-urgency, high-impact environments.

What You'll Do as the Field Project Manager / Restoration Supervisor:

  • Oversee restoration projects from job site mobilization through final close-out
  • Direct and coordinate daily work of technicians and subcontractors
  • Manage project timelines, equipment deployment, and on-site logistics
  • Maintain safety protocols and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Serve as the main on-site liaison for property owners, tenants, and insurance adjusters
  • Provide clear communication on status updates, scope changes, and job progress
  • Support estimating efforts and technical scope development as needed
  • Offer hands-on coaching to field staff and promote best practices in mitigation and restoration
  • Track performance metrics and maintain accurate field documentation

Must-Haves as the Field Project Manager / Restoration Supervisor:

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience managing or supervising field-based restoration or construction projects
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple job sites and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and crew interactions
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Nice-to-Haves as the Field Project Manager / Restoration Supervisor:

  • Hands-on skills in water mitigation, demolition, drying, and related restoration tasks
  • Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating tools
  • Experience training field techs or leading subcontractor teams
