Senior Associate – Executive Compensation & Benefits | AmLaw 100

With openings in multiple offices including Boston, Chicago and DC, this is a prime opportunity to step into a high-caliber practice advising across compensation disclosure, transactional benefits, and the regulatory landscape that surrounds them.

The Role

This Senior Associate role centers on advising corporate clients through complex executive comp and benefits issues in M&A, IPOs, spin-offs, and governance planning. The work spans tax, securities, ERISA, and labor law intersections, in tandem with a sophisticated, cross-office transactional team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience focused on executive compensation and employee benefits

  • Strong track record representing public companies and/or advising on compensation disclosure

  • Experience managing complex transactions, equity and incentive plan design, 280G analysis, and related tax and securities issues

  • Practical understanding of business realities and a solutions-oriented approach
