Job Description
The OpportunityAs an Associate National Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting strategic home office relationships and platform distribution initiatives across intermediary channels. You will partner closely with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive client outcomes, expand product access, and deliver insights that support business growth.
This role offers broad exposure to platform strategy, relationship management, and investment solutions, creating a strong foundation for future advancement into a National Account Manager position. You will have the opportunity to influence commercial results while developing expertise across mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts, model portfolios, and alternative investments.
Responsibilities
- Support National Account Managers in managing home office relationships, responding to client inquiries, coordinating onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate client records and deliverables.
- Execute platform distribution initiatives by tracking product availability, due diligence requirements, platform approvals, product launches, and shelf-space opportunities across key firms.
- Prepare and maintain client-facing materials, including presentations, business plans, due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals, activity reports, and product updates.
- Analyze sales, asset flow, and platform data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, support growth strategies, and uncover opportunities to increase share of wallet.
- Coordinate client meetings, due diligence sessions, conferences, and roadshows while building relationships with home office stakeholders and supporting strategic account engagement.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, legal, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of client commitments and business initiatives.
- Support business reviews, territory assessments, reporting processes, and strategic projects that contribute to long-term platform growth and distribution effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, sales support, client service, or a related financial services environment, with knowledge of intermediary distribution channels preferred.
- Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and Series 66 registrations required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, customer relationship management platforms, content management tools, analytics solutions, and data-driven reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex deliverables, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, solve problems effectively, and contribute to strategic business objectives.
- Ability to leverage data and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, content creation, and client insights
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to 40% to support client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), content platforms (e.g., Seismic), and analytics tools
- Interest in pursuing advanced industry designations such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), or Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA).
- Demonstrated interest in business development, relationship management, and long-term sales career paths

In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders ā clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $80,000-$100,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
