What this Live-In role looks like:

• Providing care and companionship while living in in a private bedroom in the client's home

• Supporting daily routines, personal care, and household needs

• Building strong, trusting relationships through consistent presence

• Traveling to client homes anywhere in Massachusetts to begin a live-in assignment

What we look for:

• CNA/HHA certification or comparable caregiving experience

• Valid driver's license (required)

• A genuine passion for helping others, with empathy, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills

• Comfort with a full-time, 7-day live-in caregiving role

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
