We are hiring for Carpenters for ongoing commercial construction projects throughout the Boston and North Shore areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rough and finish carpentry, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential and commercial job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Measure, cut, and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other building materials
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Install drywall, molding, siding, and other finish materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience required
Experience with both rough and finish carpentry preferred
Ability to read tape measures and construction plans
Proficient with hand and power tools
Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Boston and North Shore area
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
