About Vitra Health

Vitra Health is a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to improving the quality of life for individuals and families across Massachusetts. Through innovative home- and community-based services, Vitra supports aging adults, people with disabilities, and individuals with complex care needs. • Ensures performance evaluations and coaching for assigned service areas are delivered timely and in alignment with policies and standards.
  • Regularly analyzes key performance metrics, including staffing template utilization, client satisfaction, and client and staff retention, and under the supervisions of the Director implements strategies to optimize operational efficiency and quality of care.
  • Other duties as assigned.
