The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and close-out projects based upon strict deadlines and budgets.

Job Duties

As a JDL Corporate Interiors, Inc. Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Directing and managing interior commercial construction projects for an entire project lifecycle.
  • Creating, implementing, and executing an overall project schedule that meets client requirements.
  • Collaborating with Estimating to review contract documents, and award subcontractors.
  • Reviewing all financial data with attention to detail to quickly identify potential/existing issues.
  • Administering the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.
  • Communicating regularly with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule, as well as keeping them active in decision-making.
  • Meeting frequently with client representatives at various jobs to determine requirements and maintain favorable client relations.
