What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and well-rounded Architectural Designer with 2–4 years of postgraduate experience and a degree in architecture. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects focused on reusing, rehabilitating, and modernizing existing structures, along with strong opportunities for professional growth, exposure to all phases of design and delivery, and mentorship from experienced team members.

You will be involved in all aspects of project design and delivery, including:
  • Conducting field surveys
  • Developing design concepts
  • Creating presentation materials
  • Preparing construction documents
  • Assisting with construction administration
As part of our collaborative office culture, you will work closely with principals, project managers, designers, and other team members through regular meetings and one-on-one discussions.

Key Qualifications include:
  • A professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and experience supporting projects from design development to construction administration.
  • Interest in adaptive reuse, preservation, or working with existing buildings is strongly valued.
  • Ability to travel via car and/or airplane throughout the United States for varying durations, from one day to two weeks.
Where Will You Work
This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts and is initially in-person. As you grow into the role, there will be opportunities for increased flexibility. The position requires some travel throughout the United States.

Eligibility
