Digital Game Artist (Casino iGaming)

Headquartered in Boston with operations in Monterrey, Barcelona, and Atlanta, we’re scaling rapidly and building a team passionate about redefining how people play, socialize and connect with each other.

As our Digital Game Artist, you will be the visual architect of our gaming suite. You’ll be responsible for everything from the initial sketch of a character to the final deliverables. You aren’t just "drawing"; you’re building brand identities and immersive worlds within the casino ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Vision

• Develop high-quality characters, symbols, and backgrounds that define the visual language of our digital casino games.
• Help lead the charge in developing unique themes and brand identities for new titles, ensuring each game is distinguished in our gaming suite.
• Working hand-in-hand with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Animators. You’ll be the bridge that ensures art looks great and is ready to move forward in the pipeline.
• Experience and willingness to use AI tools to facilitate delivery.
• Don’t just follow trends—set them. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new game concepts and provide innovative recommendations that align with our company’s growth goals.

Asset Management & Organization

• Organize and manage all design asset deliverables. You’ll ensure that customers and providers can access high-quality, spec-perfect files on time, every time.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of experience working as a digital artist or similar
• Degree in related field or equivalent casino-gaming experience
• A portfolio showcasing versatility in digital illustration, and a keen eye for "casino-style" aesthetics (think vibrant colors, legible symbols, and high-impact visuals).

This is a Hybrid position with Monday through Thursday in our Boston office near South Station and the option of working remotely on Fridays.
