ELECTRONIC BILLING MANAGER

We're looking for an E-Billing Manager to co-lead and co-manage our firm's e-billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. A Day in the Life of an E-Billing Manager

As an E-Billing Manager, your day kicks off by reviewing e-bill submissions and ensuring everything aligns with client-specific billing guidelines. You'll co-lead a dedicated team of client billing specialists, providing guidance on resolving discrepancies and overseeing the timely generation and distribution of invoices. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal departments to address any billing issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

In addition to co-managing the e-billing cycle, you'll dive into financial reports, tracking revenue trends and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You'll build and nurture relationships, ensuring satisfaction with every step of the billing process.   • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools - You'll be using these skills to track revenue, analyze trends, and present detailed financial insights.
  • Education & Experience - A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of billing experience, preferably within a law firm environment.
