E-Commerce Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager who’s equal parts analytical thinker and hands-on builder. You look at a product page and immediately identify opportunities to improve conversion, merchandising, or user experience — and you use data to validate instincts before making recommendations. You’re excited by AI tools and emerging technologies that help lean teams move faster and operate smarter.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and optimizing our Shopify storefront, turning performance data into actionable insights, and helping bring new launches, promotions, and site experiences to life. You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, and Retention teams, and thrive in an environment that values collaboration, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the Shopify storefront end-to-end, including catalog management, merchandising, promotions, and product launches.
  • Drive the e-commerce roadmap of tests and features focused on improving conversion, subscription opt-in, and add-on revenue through product recommendations.
  • Monitor site experience and troubleshoot bugs/issues in partnership with UX and development teams.
  • Track and report on the impact of new features, tests, and UX changes, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms across analytics, testing, development, and upsell tooling.
  • Partner with Growth, Creative, and Retention teams to optimize landing pages, campaigns, and customer journeys.
  • Own QA for site updates, launches, and promotions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior and site performance metrics to identify opportunities for conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of e-commerce experience, with a meaningful focus on driving conversion and AOV.
  • Strong Shopify fluency; you know your way around themes, metafields, product catalog, and the Shopify analytics suite
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests — you know how to size a test, read statistical significance, and avoid common pitfalls
  • Comfort with AI tools — you already use them to work faster and smarter
  • High agency: you don't wait to be told what to test next, you come with a prioritized backlog
  • Clear communicator who can distill complex data into clear recommendations
  • Startup experience strongly preferred — you're used to operating without a playbook
