Nurtury is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead Nurtury's central Early Learning Center, overseeing one of the agency's largest and most complex programs with 10+ classrooms and a licensed capacity of 132 children.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff
  • Maintain compliance, quality standards, and smooth operations
  • Support curriculum planning and program improvement
  • Oversee enrollment, schedules, budgets, and center needs
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the community

You:

  • Are EEC Director II certified (required)
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in EEC or related field
  • Are experienced with 3–5+ years in early childhood program leadership
  • Are strong in leadership, communication, coaching, operations, and team building
  • Knowledgeable about EEC licensing, accreditation standards, and best practices
